I've spent years fixing the everyday tech problems that trip people up — from a laptop that won't start, to a home network that never quite reaches the back bedroom. I still enjoy the moment a problem finally makes sense, and I like explaining it so it makes sense to you too.
When I'm not fixing computers, you'll usually find me somewhere around The Deepings — which is also why I keep my prices fair and my explanations honest: this is a small, local business built on repeat customers and word of mouth.
My approach
I got into computer repair because I enjoy solving problems and explaining things clearly — not because I like technical jargon. Every visit starts with listening to what's actually going wrong, followed by a plain-English explanation of the cause and a fair, upfront price before any work begins.
Whether it's a single laptop or a small office network, I treat every job with the same care and follow-through.
